Extended Opening Hours:
We run a late evening surgery on Mondays (6.30pm - 7.30pm) & Fridays (7.30am - 8am). These are pre-bookable 10 minute appointments designed for patients who would otherwise find it difficult to see a Doctor during normal opening hours due to their work.

You may not be able to see your usual Doctor. We are also unable to provide blood testing and dressings during these hours, therefore some patients may have to come back and see a Nurse.

top

Simply call our appointments number (see above). After 5pm please call our normal number.

How to cancel a Routine Appointment:

top

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please use one of the following methods to tell us:

By Telephone: Call 01785 279161 and tell the receptionist.

By Fax: Fax us on 01785 224140.

In person: Call in to the surgery and tell the receptionist in person.

This enables us to offer your appointment to someone else. Up to 80 patients fail to cancel their appointment each month. This not only wastes valuable Doctor and Nursing time, but also means everyone waits longer to be seen.
